I am Coach Jessica Mason. I am a dedicated Physical Education teacher and the Director of the Athletics Department with more than 22 years of experience in education, including 18 years at Long Middle School. I hold a Master’s degree in Athletic Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which together give me a strong foundation in leadership, student development, and athletic program management.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked to create inclusive, engaging, and high-quality athletic and physical education programs that support the whole student—physically, mentally, and socially. I am committed to fostering a positive school culture, developing student-athletes, and building programs that promote teamwork, character, and lifelong fitness.
