On Thursday, January 14th, Long Middle School recognized Officer Burns for his service to our school. We appreciate everything he does for our students and staff.

Congratulations to the 6th Grade Winners of the Christmas Card Exhibit. The cards are displayed throughout December at the Cheraw Community Center -200 Powe Street - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm -Masks and Temperature Checks are required.

Congratulations to Shilo Blackmon for winning the 2020-2021 Long Middle School Spelling Bee. And, congratulations to our runner-up, Kennedy Miller.

Congratulations to our October ABC Teacher and Staff Member of the Month! Mrs. Katie Stewart, art teacher, and Mrs. Bobbie Baldwin, cafeteria staff, are true assets to LMS. These ladies were recognized this week and treated with sweets from Sweet Sellers Seven Bakery. ❤️💙

Monday - Crazy Hair/Hat Day: Get out your favorite hat or fix your hair in your wildest style. (in-service day)
Tuesday - Warrior Day: Show your warrior pride with our school colors (red, white, and blue) and be sure to come out to the Homecoming Game!
Wednesday - Hillbilly Day: Show your true country boy/girl style with overalls, camo, and boots. YEE HAW!
Thursday - Character Day: Dress like your favorite tv show or movie character.
Friday - Dynamic Duo: Represent your favorite duo, trios, and squads. Dress up as iconic groups from the Fantastic Four to Peanut Butter and Jelly.
