Please fill out your child's final form paperwork to ensure student eligibility to return to school. If you are a returning student- it's easy!

 If you log in with the same email you registered your child with last year, all the information is saved! You simply need to add your signature to each page after making sure all information is up to date. The last thing is to have a recent copy of a utility bill or lease agreement (or something similar- there is a list in final forms of eligible paperwork) to show proof of residency. That's all!
