Welcome to Long Middle School. To enroll your child and help to make it a smooth transition, please read the following guidelines.
The legal guardian must enroll the student and will need to bring the following to registration:

- Complete the Online Registration
- Certificate of Immunization and Birth certificate copies
- Proof of Residence ( Drivers License and a tax receipt /both documents must show the same address )
- Social Security Card
- Proof of custody if applicable
- Withdrawal form from previous school
